CareOne Senior Care Welcomes New Agency Director

Erica Morse, Agency Director

Erica has always had a passion for elder care and has worked with elders since high school. Her experience ranges from the dietary department, to discharge planning, rehabilitation assistance, and management. She has also worked in medical equipment sales and as a private duty caregiver.

Erica Morse, Agency Director

Erica graduated in 2011 from Madonna University with a Degree in Gerontology and a certificate in dementia care. This education taught her a holistic approach to the aging process which encompasses the physical, mental, psycho-social and spiritual aspects experienced by elders.

Originally Erica intended to further her career as a nursing home administrator but decided to stay in the realm of home care with the goal of helping elders age in place through creative care interventions. Each client is 100% unique and each assessment preformed is an opportunity to form a specific care plan to help the client and their family reach their specific goals.

In her free time, you can find Erica pursuing a certificate in functional nutrition, cooking and trying new restaurants, hiking with her dog, or snuggling up with her cat and a good book.
